As an experienced Counselling Psychologist, I offer a safe and understanding space where you can explore your difficulties. By drawing from over 10 years of experience and expertise in adult mental health, my goal is to walk alongside you on your path towards understanding, healing and growth.

We can begin with a free telephone consultation, where l take the first step towards understanding your needs and experiences. Following this, we can create a collaborative plan in therapy on how to navigate through these struggles.
